TERMS OF SALE (CGV)

1. Subject
These Terms of Sale define the contractual relationship between Axiom Vitality (Cheikh Diop) and any person making a purchase on the website axiom-vitality.com. The acquisition of a product implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms.
2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website, subject to availability. Axiom Vitality reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented with a description outlining its main characteristics.
3. Pricing and Payment

Price: Prices are indicated in Euros (€). As an "auto-entrepreneur" (sole trader) based in France, VAT is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the CGI).

Payment: Payment is made via secure platforms: Credit Card (Shopify Payments), PayPal, and Apple Pay. The order is validated upon receipt of full payment.
4. Ordering and Delivery

Validation: Any order confirmed by the buyer constitutes a sales contract.

Delivery: Products are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. Average delivery times are 6 business days after processing by our logistics partner (Zendrop).

Transfer of Risks: The transfer of risk for loss or damage to the products occurs only when the buyer takes physical possession of the products.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product at their own expense for exchange or refund, provided the product is in its original condition.
6. Warranties and Liability
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Art. L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects. Axiom Vitality cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the Internet (viruses, intrusions, loss of data, etc.).
7. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
