We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Axiom Vitality is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made in our Store are made directly with Axiom Vitality. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Axiom Vitality. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Axiom Vitality.
